Why families here call us

Built for out-of-town families

Many Collier and Lee County homes belong to seasonal residents whose children live up north. We can run the entire cleanout by phone and photos, coordinate building access for condos on Marco Island or in Pelican Bay, and leave the place ready to list.

We know what sells here

Furniture, art, and collections from established Naples and Bonita Springs homes often carry real value. We separate what is worth selling from what is not, so the estate gets credit for it instead of paying to haul it away.

Condo and HOA rules handled

Gulf-access homes in Cape Coral and high-rise condos each come with their own elevator reservations, dumpster rules, and move-out windows. We work inside them so the association stays happy.

How we work

  • One point of contact. The same person walks the home with you, gives the estimate, and runs the crew on the day.
  • Sort with you, not around you. We separate keep, sell, donate, recycle, and haul together, so nothing that matters gets lost.
  • Donation receipts for what you give. Usable goods go to local charities first, and you get itemized receipts for your records.
  • A free, no-pressure walkthrough. We look at the whole property and put a written estimate in your hands before anything starts.
  • On your timeline. Probate dates, closing dates, family travel; we work the schedule around what you are dealing with.

Common questions

What does an estate cleanout cost?

Most full-home cleanouts fall between a few hundred and a few thousand dollars, depending on the size of the home, how much is being kept versus removed, and whether items can be sold or donated to offset the cost. We give a written estimate after a free walkthrough, so there are no surprises.

How quickly can you start?

For most homes we can walk the property within a day or two and complete the work within a week. If you are working against a closing date or an out-of-town trip, tell us and we will build the schedule around it.

What happens to everything in the home?

We sort it with you. Anything the family keeps is set aside, items of value can be sold, usable goods are donated to local charities with receipts, recyclables are separated, and only what is left goes to the landfill.

Do we need to be there during the cleanout?

No. Many of our clients live out of state and handle everything by phone and photos. We can coordinate access, send progress pictures, and leave the home broom-clean for the next step.

Can you work with an estate attorney or realtor?

Yes. We regularly coordinate with attorneys handling probate and with agents preparing a home to list, and we can provide documentation of what was removed, sold, or donated.
